Director, b.supreme & Studio b
Holly Miles is an arts producer and creative director with thirteen years experience working in arts management, programming, production, and touring both nationally and internationally. In 2006, Holly co-founded b.supreme with Judi McCartney, Director of Independance and in 2017 took over as Director of Independance, changing the name to b.supreme.
Holly now single handily runs the charity alongside Studio b as well as working for other festival’s and projects. She is also an ad hoc lecturer on the University of East London’s ‘Urban Practice’ Course.
“I’m passionate about creating opportunities for young people to access the arts and I’m particularly dedicated to producing projects specifically for women who, in both the arts industry and hip hop community, are often marginalised or type cast. Art should be accessible for everyone regardless of your social background and with b.supreme, I want to create thoughtful and inspiring work that engages audiences and empowers emerging talent.”

Clara Bajado moved to London from Paris In 2006 to further her ambition to promote house dance, its ethos, values and culture. She founded In Da House, her own house dance project, and has been the Juste Debout UK preliminaries organiser since 2011. Clara has worked with b.supreme since it’s inception as well as other hip hop productions Independance produced between 2004-2008. In 2018 Clara officially became Associate Director of b.supreme and will work closely with Holly to establish and promote exciting new projects.
